This is not a restrictive list of our services but gives a range of what we provide.  Optimally we prefer to setup our clients on a remote support system that allows us almost instantaneous response time when dealing with technical issues. We recommend coupling this with monthly scheduled visits to for onsite maintenance ie: physical maintenance on computers and interacting with the user base to field issues and ideas that can be used to further enhance the reliability and performance of your business operation.

Our rates are very competitive and we provide Onsite services for $80/hr (1hr minimum) we also offer remote support billed in 10 minute increments at $60/hr.  Service contracts are available as well for routine scheduled maintenance at further reduced rates.
