- Shipping is done via Canada Post or local drop off. Drop off in the Chilliwack area is free for any orders over $200 or is $10 for orders under that amount. Drop off to Abbotsford area is free for orders over $400 or is $15 for orders less than that amount. Shipping can be calculated at time of checkout for Canada Post shipping options. Products are shipped or dropped off as soon as they become available. Shipping insurance is also available for an additional fee.
- Privacy & Security
- All of your personal information entered while shopping on stealthgeek.ca is confidential and will not be used by any company other than Stealth Geek or an authorized agent of Stealth Geek. Once credit card is available for acceptance stealthgeek.ca will become a fully SSL registered site and all shopping transactions that contain any sensitive credit information will be fully secured.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns on products may be accepted within 7 days but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, special order items may also be returned but will be subject to a 35% restocking fee except in cases where Stealth Geek has not provided something specifically requested for a special order.
- Ordering
- Ordering may be done online or via telephone or email. For established customers orders can be made before payment and delivery. For new customers, custom orders or non-stock items need to be pre-paid upon ordering prior to them being brought in by Stealth Geek.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is currently available via Paypal’s payment portal, there is no cost to our customers for using this portal and you do not have to have an authorized paypal account to make use of credit card payment options. We try to keep our pricing competitive with our market and often are better priced than many of our competition but we do not offer price matching. Promotions are available on products through our website and you will be able to sign up for newsletters to have promotions emailed to you.
- Viewing Orders
- The ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page (when you are signed in) will take you to your account dashboard where you will be able to see the status of your current orders.
- Updating Account Information
- In the ‘My Account’ section is all of your personal information stored here at Stealth Geek, to ensure proper delivery and contact information is there it is good to review prior to making an order so as to ensure proper information is available to avoid delay’s in your products arrival.
